1, the temperature has a very important effect on hot stamping, the temperature must be controlled in the corresponding range, so that the dyeing resin layer and adhesive moderate melting, to ensure the good transfer of aluminum layer.
If the temperature is too high, excessive melting, hot stamping graphics around the anodized aluminum also melt off and produce paste, but if the temperature is too low, melting is not sufficient, will also cause hot stamping or hot stamping is not strong, imprinting is not firm, easy to fall off.

2, small bronzing machine must choose the appropriate hot stamping foil according to the different varieties of hot things.
Hot stamping must grasp the temperature, pressure, hot stamping speed of the three parties, and according to the hot stamping material, hot stamping area is different.

3, cutting should grasp the speed and direction of the tool, hot stamping speed actually reflects the hot stamping substrate and hot stamping foil contact time, directly affect the hot stamping fastness, direction will affect the accuracy of hot stamping and hot stamping time.

4, anodized hot stamping foil should choose suitable properties of paper, ink (especially black ink), kerosene, composite glue, hot stamping parts must be kept dry, so as not to cause oxidation or damage to the bronzing layer.
