The market monitoring agency Zhuo Chuang Information released the news that: On March 1, the ex-factory price of white cardboard increased by 1,000-1800 yuan/ton, and the quotation rose to 10100-10200 yuan/ton, an increase of 18% from February.

The feedback from some large-scale printing houses proved the authenticity of this substantial price increase of white cardboard. A well-known printing company revealed that the purchase price of white cardboard has reached 11,200 yuan/ton. At the same time, the price of coated paper reached 8,300 yuan/ton, and the price of double offset paper reached 8,500 yuan/ton, both of which have surpassed the market highs around 2017.
After the price of paper continued to rise for more than half a year, it suddenly rose sharply, causing the printing factory's long-suppressed mood to explode. In the circle of friends, many printing shop owners began to complain about the bizarre and sharp rise in paper prices, calling on relevant government departments to intervene.
